Bottle at home in Barbados, from my cellar, 14th April 19. This one has aged for 3 to 4 years. Pours orange and clear, little carbonation. Aroma is sour fruit, funk, wood, aromatic. Taste is tart, citrus, sour berry fruit, some raspberry, orange, aromatic notes. I can taste the age and maybe it's for the better, reminds me of one of the Alvinne sours, very good and complex.

Bretty baby. Loads of white wine notes like a clean Riessling. Super dank. One of the best Berliner Weisse/kettle sours I have had. #fusion

Bottle at home in London. Pours totally clear gold with a fizzy white head that fades out immediately. Tart citrus fruits in the nose, some sweat, lemon, mandarin orange. Light sweet flavour with brisk, cleansing acidity, more lemon, some white grape, lime zest, pickle juice, tangerine, light alcohol and pine needles. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Super cleansing on the finish, fairly tart and acidic, with further lemon, tangerine, orange, some peach, nectarine, more white grapes, a little citrus rind, saltwater. A really interesting beer. Quite drinkable, too.

Draught @ All in Beer Fest. Pours clear golden with a frothy offwhite head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity with crackers, lemon juice, mango, pineapple, papaya, star fruit, peaches, passion fruit, yoghurt, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, sour and heavy fruity. Mouthfeel is slightly dry, tart and medium bodied. Finish is sour with crackers, lemon juice, mango, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, peaches, star fruit, minerals and lemon zest. Nicely fruity! Surprised about the low ratings on this. I loved the heavy tropical fruit character. --- Beer merged from original tick of Deep Rainbow Valley (Rainbow Project 2015) on 09 Nov 2015 at 11:42 - Score: 8

330ml bottle at our Rainbow Project 2015 tasting with hackbladdock. Hazy gold, thin white head. Honey aroma. Taste presents orange juice, manuka honey and a welcome gorse thorniness. Nice sourness, dry finish. Good.

Bottle from the source. Slightly hazy golden color, small white head. Herbal citrus aroma. Taste is herbal tart orange, lemon. Interesting. Had to look up gorse, not sure if I could detect even if I knew what it was.
