Bottle split at ABC Beer The Hague, 24/09/2015. Thanks. A Hazed orange golden coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma is grainy malts, grassy earthy hops, rough round the edges. Flavour is composed of semi sweeet, malts, straw, berry, grassy hop, hints of wood. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation. Middle of the road.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ Pre-Borefts Ratebeer evening ] - ABC Beers, Korte Koediefstraat 5, Den Haag, Netherlands 2511CE. [ As De Vriendschap BrouwLab: Waterland Tripel ].Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light hoppy, moderate yeasty, fruity, phenol, yeast, dried fruit, alcohol notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, phenol, dried fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150924]

Bottle split at the ABC Beers pre Borefts tasting, 24/09/15. Clear golden copper with a decent beige covering. Nose is sweet, floral notes, caramel, mellow dark fruits, pinch of spice. Taste comprises an earthy bite caramel, vanilla, candied fruit. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a little boost. Ok for style ... not too sweet.

[9/24/15] Bottle sample at the pre-Borefts tasting at ABC Beers in Den Haag. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Deep golden. Aroma of malt, honey, spice, a bit of fruitiness, alcohol. Sweet flavor with honey, caramel, spiciness, alcohol. Medium-bodied, a bit oily.

Pre Borefts Tasting at ABC Beers, Den Haag. Hazy amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is airy and dry, mild fine carbonation. Sweet pale malts. Some spice. Dried fruits. Floral spice. Bubblegum ester. Light semi dry finish. Fine.

Bottle at ABC Beers Pre-Borefts Tasting, The Hague. Pours clear amber orange with a small white head. Aroma of fruits, light weeds and yeast. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Might to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle @ ABC Beers Borefts Pre-tasting. Hazy orange color, small off-white head. Smell and taste malts, a bit sweet, nicely light floral touch. Decent body and carbonation.

Pre Borefts tasting 2015. Amber slight haze. Lasting white head. It’s an ok tripel a little less than intense but some decent candied orange. Fine.
