Bottle split at ABC Beer The Hague, 24/09/2015. Thanks. Hazed yellow / light orange coloured pour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is light grainy, light leon, grain husks. Flavour is composed of stale old malts, oxidised, ligh tea, lemon meh. Palate is airy carbonation, slight tangy, flabby. Meh.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ Pre-Borefts Ratebeer evening ] - ABC Beers, Korte Koediefstraat 5, Den Haag, Netherlands 2511CE. [ As Shepherds Summer Ale ].Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, vegetables, cardboard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, cardboard, vegetables, pale malt, light grain - bread. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150924]

Pre Borefts Tasting at ABC Beers, Den Haag. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, mild fine carbonation. Sweetish grainy malts. Tangy dried fruits. Airy finish. It’s not great to be frank, but a doff of the hat for producing a commercially available beer in a country with as many problems that Palestine has.

Bottle, smallish quickly dissapearing bubbly head, hazy orange color, aroma of cooked vegetables, candy and honey, flavor of cooked vegetables and over ripe fruits with a hint of malt and a coarse bitterness. Feels a bit like lager but not a particularly good one amd not very refreshing.
