Drink as sexy as possible!

Bottle at home. Hazy dark brown with small light brown head. Lots of dried berries, some chocolate, light balsamic, dead leaves, old wood, some hay, light fresh fruits. Under medium sweet and bitter with a light sour touch. Over medium bodied. Could almost be red wine barrel aged as it also has a light dry tannic finish.

Bottle at home. Dark brown with light tan head. Sweet roasted malts, caramel, milk chocolate, molasses, nutty, wood, rotten wood, sour dough. Moderate sweet and bitter, slightest hint of sour. Medium body with soft carbonation. Creamy feel, bittersweet finish. The sour/doughy yeastiness is a bit strange in this but it’s also nice that it is a bit different.
