Cask. Goldeny amber with a small white head. Aroma is caramel, some mild herbal and earthy notes along with quite nice zesty notes as well. Flavour is floral, some berries, mild earth as well as some sweet maltiness as well. Kind of a mix between a bitter and golden ale as for the elements in it.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. A slightly hazy, golden amber pour with a thin, loose, white head; floral aroma; crisp grapefruit bitterness immediately, then giving way to a softer , sweeter, citrusy body; finishing with a further, lasting, bitter kick with a fresh floral edge. A refreshing and enjoyable summer beer.

Fruity, slightly malty taste with notes of citrus, elderflower, biscuity malt and a dry finish with a generous citric bitterness. Quite thin body, mainly dry. Nice, tasty and refreshing.
