500 ml bottle bought through Systembolaget. Pours clear pale golden with a big frothy, fluffy and bubbly white head while leaving lots of lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is slightly sweet and slightly floral with yeasty dough, orange peal, dried flowers, straw, black pepper, dark bread and very subtle hints of caramel. Taste is slightly sweet and tiny bitter with biscuits, fresh grass, lemon peal, straw, wet leaves, persimmon and very subtle hints of butterscotch. Mouthfeel is crisp, tiny oily bitter and light bodied. Finish is bitter with straw, wet leaves, wet soil and lemon peal. Quite nice...

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with citrus, freshly cut grass and bread. Malty taste with notes of bread, citrus, hay and a generous grassy bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, mainly dry. Tasty and refreshing. Nice pilsener.

50 cl bottle a friend of mine picked up at Systembolaget in Eskilstuna after a "privatimport". Sampled on May 25, 2011BB 2011-11-20Our label stated 5.1% and not 5.2% ABVShady dark straw to golden color, medium white head. Sweet, malty and herbal hoppy scent. Malty, hoppy, herbal, bitter taste. Nice balanced fairly high bitterness that lingers. Medium to a bit moussy mouthfeel.
