Characterised by its rounded taste and aroma, achieved , by, among other things, the addition of raspberry juice.
Based on mellow nectarous honey, it is produced from honey mash, with the proportions 1 part honey to 1 part water. Its several-year-long maturing provides it with a piquant taste and aroma. It contains 16% alcohol.

Flat, clear dark golden color. Aroma is sweet boozy, honey, minerals, fruit stones, alcohol, nuts, bark, herbs. Taste is sweet sour-ish boozy, honey, grass, dried dark fruits, minerals, alcohol, fruit stones, citrus, herbs, nuts. Sweet sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Nice.

Pours Dark, ocer gold. Scent is less pronounced than Pasieka Jaros' version. Mild honey, hidden raspberry. Taste is very full, intense sweetness, touch of alcohol, mild on the raspberry. tad more on the booze. More about the honey and complexity. Still, lovely - but I prefer the pasieka jaros.

750ml stone bottle. barwa ciemno bursztynowa, geste, struktura oleista, pachnie dobra spadzia, w smaku gozkawo pikantno slodki. wyrazisty, intensywny, nektarowy. bardzo dobre, alko trudno uwierzxyc ze az tyle, przyjemnie rozgrzewa i koi gardlo w stanach przeziebienia. butelka i zamkniecie zgrabne i praktyczne. mile zaskoczenie, nie jest az tak nazbyt slodkie jak inne dwojniaki.

Bottle sample at Mi�d i Wino, pours a clear copper. Aroma brings out medium sweet honey nectar, with light brown sugar. Flavour is decadent, with lots of honey nectar, warming notes, and treacle. Complex and wonderfully designed. Excellent.

Looks like dark rum. Aroma is light honey, bees' wax, very phenolic. Taste is sweet honey with some chili catch, very phenolic and a hont of alcohol. Nice!

Bottle. Deep copper color with no head. Aroma is beeswax, nutty, breakfast honey, ethereal. Taste is beeswax, breakfast honey. Rather simple for an Apis. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Very good Mead!

Bottle @ Grand Tasting RBSCSG 2015. Pours a clear golden pale amber color with no head. Has a fruity spicy honey aroma with weak hints of dark fruit. Fruity vinous spicy honey flavor. Has a sweetish spicy vinous honey finish.

Bottle from Tesco, Wroclaw. Clear amber without head and with nice lacings. Aroma is sweet, honey, flowers and a little alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish with a little warming alcohol. Oily. Hides the alcohol very well. 150815
