A delicate yet pungent showcase for Mosaic hops, this riff on our favorite blonde ale has just the pale malt bill in common with her sister beer, Eureka. Delicate and pleasantly hoppy, with aromatic and flavorful notes of fleshy papaya, orange juice, and mango, you’ll have a hard time believing this one is so sessionable. Refined and bright, this is the perfect beer for any occasion. We are absolutely in love with the Mosaic edition!

16 ounce can from Tree House in Cape Cod. Can say’s 4.2% ABV. Tropical fruit aroma hints at tangerine, lemon and mango. Flavor is zesty with notes of peach, lemon, orange and papaya. Soft and supple. Amazingly flavorful. Incredibly crushable. Yum!

Can, by way of a trade with Leighton. Cheers! Fully hazy, vivid, yellow gold. Sticky foam of white. Nose has soft, estery yeast. Bready malts. Light, lemony sherbet. Notes of peach, white pear, and sweet orange. Taste is light dry, with a soft, yeasty, citrusy bitterness. Light body. Bright carbonation. Light, citrus bitterness to finish. Great stuff, as you’d expect.

16 oz. can.(14 days old). Hazy, cloudy appearance. Aroma is simply inviting. Bright orange and lemon citrus, light pale malts, and just a hint of dried flowers. I got to say I didn’t remember that this series was a blonde ale base, whoa! Citrus mixed with tropical fruit. Juicy.
The mouthfeel is soft and supple with a mild carbonation level. The greatest character of this brew is the amount of citrus that comes from this Mosaic blend. I could drink this every day and twice on Tuesday.
