Bottle, 6.5%. Sweetish aroma, some honey. Clear copper colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is papery and slightly sweet. Perhaps it is wax and not paper. High carbonation. Mellow and good.

7-4-7-3-14 Bottle, 3,5 months before bbd. Pours honey golden, with a big creamy head. Aroma is earthy herbal hops with citrusy marmalade and floral minerals, as well as malts with bread and honey. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is sweet malts with syrupy bread and honey, as well as herbal hops with citrusy notes and grassy minerals. Lingering sweetish herbal finish.

--Bottled, from Die Bierothek. -- Clear golden, rich lively head. Aroma of clover and honey. Sweet with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Honey and cereals. Low bitterness. Well brewed. A bit sweet, but otherwise harmonious.

One of the few 33 cl bottles I purchased at Amathus Soho in London on our trip there. Attractive packaging I opine. It pours a golden yellow liquid with a bare ring of white foam. I smell malt and a hint of floral. A drink gives something considerably more complex. There is honey, malt, the floral showing up again, some hoppiness and meadow. The sensation is quite full. Surprising and interesting.

So muss Honigbier. Nicht aufdringlich süsse, nur leicht wahrnehmbare Honignote, daneben angenehm gehopft.

Bottle via Pivny raj. Thin bodied, med-high carbonation, quickly disappearing head though. Light sweetness, medium bitterness. A bit empty in terms of overall character, not much malt or hops action going on. Subtle but fitting honey touch, otherwise light dull metallic, hints of grassy earthy hops. Drinkable.
