Draught @ Borefts 2013. Shocking pink, cloudy. Fresh raspberry aroma. Thin, sour. lemon flavor with fermented raspberries. Doesn’t look good, but it is a nice, sour, very fruity ale.

Draught @ 5th Borefts Beer Festival 2013, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As The Kernel Borefts Festival Special - Raspberry ].Unclear matt medium pink red color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity - berry, raspberry. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, raspberry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Brilliant pink/orange colour, white head. Aroma of berries, funk, raspberries, very fruity. Sour flavour, fruits, raspberry, some citrus notes. Finish berries and light funk. Very fresh refreshing Berliner Weisse-like beer. Great!! Kept going back for more.

Borefts 5, Day 1. Hazy red beer, tidy pink head! Palate is light and minerally crisp. Mildly tart raspberry with lesser red berries. Dry finish. Simple stuff but easy drinking.

From tap. Pours hazy red with a small pink head. Aroma is raspberry, fruity and mild citrusy. Tart, citric and lingering fruity. Lingering citric, smooth.

Sampled @ Borefts 2013. White-pinkish color, small head. Smell and taste sourish, "ranja", lightly fruity, unripe raspberries, a bit artificial. A bit fizzy, lively carbonation, average body.

Tap at Borefts ’13, 27/09/13. Hazed crimson with a thin white covering. Nose is bitter raspberries, light damp wood, hint of sugar/raspberry sherbet. Taste comprises raspberry fool tarte, soured berry mash, woody notes, grass and straw together at last. Medium bodied with fine carbonation carrying a touch of spritz to keep it moving along. Decent. Come on - this a Berliner Weisse / light sour not a pissing fruit beer !

Tap @ Borefts ’13. Hazy orange to red colour with a small, slightly pinkish head. Smells like cooking oil, food, fruity and sourish. Tastes sour, cherry and yoghurt. Medium body, fizzy carbo.

Saurer Antrunk, in dem die Fruchtnoten nebensächlich sind. Im weiteren Verlauf pur sauer, wenig fruchtig. Nicht wörtlich ausbalanciert. 11/8/9/8//8
