At WFG 2021.1, day 1. A whole different beasty compared to the MT one. Somehow more traditional, less pastry. Heavy roast, and plenty of salty soy sauce flavours. Still plenty vanilla and maple, soft chocolate. Good stuff, not really for me.

Bottle from Sam, shared at share: pours black with a beige head. Aroma is vanilla, chocolate, nuts. Taste is sweet, booze is well covered, mellow vanilla, nice nuts. Quite good.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day two, 09/09/2017. A jet black oily coloured pour with a dark tan head. Aroma is mars bars, rounded chocolate, peanut butter, yummmy. Flavour is composed of oily oak, choc, mars bar, peanut butter, bourbon warmth. Palate is full, rounded, sticky, moderate carbonation. Lingering big chocolate, rocky road.

Pours black, no real head. smell is full, sweet, coffee, bit green, rather intense. Taste is full, sweet, intense, cocoa, very intense ( milk chocolate), coco milk, alcohol is extremely hidden. Mild chocolate bitterness sweet, Full-bodied. Light Carbo.

Thanks Campbell for sharing! Taster showing dark brown with sparse latte colored foam. The nose shows lightly intense notes of fresh graham cracker and baking spices. The palate is well carbonated and full bodied with an oily mouthfeel. Mildly sweet with moderately intense notes of maple syrup and light notes of dark chocolate.

From bottle at Ulfborg tasting 2019/06. Black color with beige brown head. Malty aroma roasted, cocoa, licorice, chocolate, vanilla, light maple. Sweet and bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

ABV: 17.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, cococnut, dark malt, vanilla - bourbon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, dark malt, chocolate, cocoa, coconut, roasted, vanilla - bourbon - barrel, heavy - rich - tasty. Body is medium to medium full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20190615]
