500ml bottle. Sweet, sticky, heavy and syrupy with some roastiness, vanilla, coconut, cocoa, white chocolate and pastry notes. Quite heavy and sweet.

Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours black with small tan head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong maple, vanilla bean, roast, cocoa. Slick body, roasted malt, chocolate, maple, spice, nice sweetness, boozy finish, really enjoyed this.

Bottle drunk 12/1/17.
Dark ebony, opaque, tan head fades steadily to ring.
Rich, powerful, dense nose showcases caramel, rich coffee, strong vanilla, a fair share of fudgey/cakey malts and yet, and very surprisingly, not all that much booze. Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, caramel-chocolate; lots of chocolate and sugar. It's not the fudgiest/cakiest stout I've smelled, but even granting it its "Dessert Stout" nature, it's still pretty damned "sweet" from the nose.
Pretty standard caramel-chocolate-honey-coffee-vanilla. Every form of sweet you can think of here, with a thick, low carbonated, fairly syrupy texture and massive body. As everyone tasting it noted, quite profusely, it's quite contained on the alcohol, especially for 17%. Maybe it tastes like ~10%? The problem is, what does that accomplish other than not tasting like 17%? It's still way more alcohol than necessary and all you have to show for it is a massive, thick, fudgey, sugary, syrupy body/texture. Oh boy. With everyone focusing on how "well the alcohol was concealed", I think the fact that there was nothing else particularly interesting about this beer. You made a massive, fudgey-sweet, thick/syrupy dessert stout. Great. Severely lacking in balancing acidity.

Beaverfest Day 2. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Palate is smooth and slightly viscous. Decent fine carbonation. Good rich dark malts, fruity and sweetish. Fruity chocolatey finish. Good stuff doesn't drink anywhere near its massive abv.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, Day Two, 09/09/17. Black with a well presented tan head. Nose is chocolate, sweet exhaust, Bounty Bar, mellow roast, light spice. Taste comprises sweet chocolate melt, coconut shy, toffee fudge, mellow roast, balanced spice. Full bodied, oily complexion, sweet warming boost in the close. Solid impy stout ... drinks a good few notches below the stated ABV.

On tap at at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Pours black with tan head. Chocolate, vanilla, cocoa, bit nutty. Sweet and quite boozy in the end. Drank it late into the festival so my palate wasn't that fresh. Smooth, soft carbonation. Full bodied.

Keg @ BBB. Viscous black pour with a small mocha head. Heavy maple nose with pleasant roast, coffee, cocoa & vanilla. Sweet, bitter & malty taste. Round, viscous & astringent mouthfeel.
