Bottled 10 august 2018, 6% abv. Bottle at home. Near clear golden with some white head. Sour grains, dried grass, apricot, gooseberries, seabuckthorn, general stonefruit fruitiness and acidity, light aluminium metallic note, cobwebby cellar funk. About medium to over medium sour, with some fruity sweetness in the middle of it. Dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Bit sandy grainy mineral mouthfeel. Last pour was actually the best, denser aromas and fuller mouthfeel. Maybe next time shake the bottle before opening 😅

So glad I finally got to try this! And it exceeds all my expectations. So incredibly juicy, tons of fruit, lightly sour, almost pure funked fruit juice, almost jelly. Stunning beer, very close to a perfect rating.
