Still one of the true Aall time greats. Lovely aging here, bright lemon tartness up from and a tonne of apricot flavour. Sour funk. Dry finish with lots of long-lasting fruit

Rerate 14.06.2020: 0,75l from bottle at Stefans place, shared by me. Bottled 10. August 2018. Orange rather hazy color, small white head. Smells apricots, jammy, bit grassy, stone fruits, very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of apricots, citric, grassy, peppery, lactic notes, light yoghurt. Finishes very dry and rather sour with notes of apricots, joghurt and grassy notes. Rather lactic forward, apricots are nice, but overall quite sour balance 8,4,7,3,15

Bottled 10 august 2018, 6% abv. Bottle at home. Near clear golden with some white head. Sour grains, dried grass, apricot, gooseberries, seabuckthorn, general stonefruit fruitiness and acidity, light aluminium metallic note, cobwebby cellar funk. About medium to over medium sour, with some fruity sweetness in the middle of it. Dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Bit sandy grainy mineral mouthfeel. Last pour was actually the best, denser aromas and fuller mouthfeel. Maybe next time shake the bottle before opening 😅
