(Bottle) Dark brown colour with brief, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of caramel, dark bread, dried fruit, prunes, oak wood and a vinous touch of bourbon. Malty, woody taste with caramel, crisp-bread, prunes, raisins, brown sugar, oak wood, bourbon and a vinous finish with slightly tart, woody flavours. Moderate bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Wood character is quite evident, making it a bit rough around the edges, but it's really tasty. Nice one.

Bottle@Yesprs - Brown Amber pour with off white head. Aroma and taste is sweet malty and infused with notes of caramel and brown sugar, some vague dark dried fruity notes in evidence, pretty decent overall.
