Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is fairly fruit forward with lots of passion fruit. Hints of lemon, pineapple and stone fruit. Light oak notes. Faint herbal phenolics. Pours a somewhat clear, gold color with a medium sized, thick, pillowy, white head that exhibits decent retention as it slowly recedes to a thin film that lingers. No lacing and faint legs. Flavor has a light sweetness with a balanced, medium light to light acidity. Light grain notes and moderate bitterness. Light oak and tannins. Moderate passion fruit notes with medium light lemon and pineapple. Faint stone fruit. Light herbal, grassy phenolic notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice saison. I like the aroma butter than the flavor as the house culture clashed a bit with the passion fruit in the flavor.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is passionfruit indeed, SARA funk, earthy, bugs, lemon. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk, plenty of passionfruit. Refined. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Good chit.
