Bottle. Pours clear golden, merlin off white head, good lacing. Aroma is awesome peach flesh, bugs, oak, lemon, hint of mineral, skin, basement. Flavor is light plus tart, light plus funk. Peach obvious, but not overwhelming. Really well integrated. Merlin body, rich. This is up there for sara.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is moderately peach forward with lighter oak notes. Light SARA funk with hints of lemon, green grape and apricot. Faint malt notes with faint floral esters and herbal phenolics. Pours a slightly hazy, golden orange with a medium sized, thick, white head that recedes to a small film that lingers throughout. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly acidic with a medium light sweetness. Light malt notes with low bitterness and alcohol notes. Medium light oak, light green grapes, lemon and apricots. Moderate notes of sweet peaches with light tannins. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice and somewhat under rated SARA beer. It may be because the acidity is so low, but the fruit is more pronounced and sweet while the SARA funk is more of a background note.
