Draft @ CBC 2012. Pours a pale amber color with a white head. Has a fruity weak hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy flavor with weak hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty hoppy finish.

Draft at CBC. Pours clear amber with an off white head. Aroma is fruity, hoppy, malt and some spice. Sweet malt flavour, with hops, caramel and bread. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught @ [ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012 ] @ Spartas Lokaler, Faelledparken in Osterbro, Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear medium to dark amber orange colour with a average, frothy, fair to good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, peppery - like ceder wood. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Pours dark golden with a offwhite head, leaving nice lacings. Aroma of malt, fruity hops, pepper, cinnamon. Taste is malt, rather spicy (cedar tree like) cinnamon, peppery. Medium body, soft carbonation. 120512

On tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Clear amber beer, little cream coloured head. Light dry palate. Mild lacto malt., light dry citrus. Dry finish. Fine but Ho Hum!

Draft. An amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of spices and cedar wood. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, and cedar wood, leading to a dry finish.

On tap. Clear amber with a yellowish off-white head. Fruity and dry and lightly spicy nose. Medium body, very dry and sophisticated fruit accents, again a dry spicy note - appears almost like cedar! - but I guess it’s all a hop job. Only a slight hint of sweetness appears in the finish. A very sophisticated and different amber. 120512

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity and crisp hoppy. Bitter, dry and light herbal. Peachy and mild grapefruity. Dry and bitter finish.
