Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - Dark Amber pour with off white head. Sweet malty and fruity action, has some prominent hoppy sorachi spice going on, clean fruity and malty, does have a rather overt boozy finish.

Bottle at home. Dark brown clear ale with fluffy white head. Sweet roasted caramel malts, toffee, dark honey, strong spicy hops, barley, doughy yeasty, some onions. Medium sweet and bitter. Over medium body, oily slick feel. Sharp spikey carbonation. Nice sweet oily base with crisp spicy hoppiness on top. Lovely. Somewhere between barleywine and IPA. --- Beer merged from original tick of Septem Lava on 08 Jan 2018 at 15:52 - Score: 7
