oranjekleurig bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en licht zuur met iets van, ja wat eigenlijk? Gewoon best goed drinkbaar en smaakvol bier met een heel aparte smaak die ik niet kan definiëren.

From old tasting notes. Amber orange color. Bubbly beige head. Soft sweet malt nose. Dry malty flavor is lightly carbonated, yet very drinkable. Long dry hop finish. Nice clinging lace.

Cask @Proeflokaal ’t Kelkje, Amsterdam. Hazy medium amber colour, good frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing, good lacing. Aroma malty, caramel, bit basement, straw. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, caramel, bit husky. Sweetbitter aftertaste, lingering grain and caramel in the finish, medium body, oily to watery texture, soft carbonation, fresh and crisp, very nice.

Bottle, four months before BBD. Pours hazy dark yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is malty notes with bread and caramel, as well as herbal hops with some earthy notes. Flavour is malts with cereals and caramel, as well as some herbal hops.

Flavour is spicy hops, with grassy notes, as well as malts with cereals and toffee. Lingering spicy hops in the finish (5-3-6-3-12)

Hazy amber with medium beige head. Aroma is vitrus, noble hops, some hay and yeasts. Taste is fresh citrussy sourness with a yeasty good body. Not much bitterness. Well carbonated. Tart. Medium body. Good drinkability. Good.

Bottle. Hazy amber color with big eggshell head. Aroma is bready, quite malty, some nuttiness, a bit roasted even, fruits. Taste is bready, tea, some caramel. Slightly bitter finish, Very creamy silky mouthfeel. Very interesting, a more malt-forward Franconian Kellerbier. 6-4-7-4-14 Had a fresher bottle of this in Franconia - more hoppy, more refreshing. 7-4-7-4-15

Bottle at home. Has a slightly hazy dark amber colour with a light beige head. Aroma of wet hay, sweet corn, grass and some apricot. Similar flavour that is quite light with some grass and hops. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and balanced bitterness. A light kellerbier with a solid amount of grass. Okay.

Schönes dunkelbrozenes Bierchen, malzig in der Nase, würzig. Im Trunk cremig malzig, leicht alkoholisch, getreidig im Abgang. Kernig, lecker, aber nix zum Wegtrinken für den Durst. Allerdings weder ungespundet noch hefetrüb.
