A clear raspberry red ale with a thin white head. In aroma, loads of raspberries, light acidity, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of raspberry jam, light acidity, light Epsom salts, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Deep red with a small white head. Cooked raspberry and cherry. Cherry, raspberry and a nice clean finish. Not sour and not sweet, but more complex than the original.

Rich dark red body with no foam lasting. Has a slightly funky fruit aroma that reminds me of juice drinks from the 70's. Hey, they probably had alcohol in them too. The flavour is rich raspberry with fruity dryness but a bit watery on the back end. Unique at least, didn't seem too sour to me.

Draught at the brewery
Opaque red color with small pink head. Tart, dry, with a nice delicate fruit touch; perfect dosage, and no off flavors. The final is a bit short, with very light fruit astringency. Very good. One of the most enjoyable fruit beers around in BC, the acidity makes of this a good thirst quencher.
