Kind of a sour wheat thing going on and foggy orange body. Soft citrus notes, some grain. Drinkable sure but far from interesting.

This hefe poured a cloudy light Amber colour with a quick living soapy head. Scents include orange, lemons, bubblegum and a little spice. First sip was a little thin with flavours of bubblegum and citrus. Coriander? Finish is quite "spiced gum". Spices lingering on the palate.

Draft pour schooner at the brewery. Pours a cloudy golden yellow color with a foam white head. Sweet banana and bubblegum aroma. Flavor matches in a way. Quite true to the style in my opinion. Tasty Bavarian hefe for sure. Is there really any other style of hefe?

Hazy golden-amber colour with an average head and minimal lacing. Lots of bananas in the aromas with some cloves and mild butterscotch. Medium-bodied with a slight dryness in the finish. Wheat taste with some orange notes. Pretty refreshing overall and nicer than expected. Great for summer !
