Die feinherbe Hopfennote und das berühmte Felsquellwasser machen Krombacher Pils zu einem natürlich frischen Pils-Genuss. Feinherb und würzig im Geschmack mit 4,8 % vol Alkohol.

0.5l can. Clear pale yellow body with a huge white head that lasts for a wile. Aroma of mostly bread, hay with some spicy hops. The taste also starts with bready malts and hay followed by a nice amount of spicy/fruity hops. It also has a bit of sour grainy character. Nothing fancy, but it's a nice, refreshing pils.

bottiglia 66 cl, schiuma bianca media grana medi persistenza, colore giallo paglierino limpido, al naso malto e note erbacee, in bocca malto pane appena sfornato, corpo medio, carbonatazione decisa, lieve dolce con amaro lungo nel finale. Mi ha sorpreso, buona pilsener 19.08.17

16/VIII/17 - 33cl bottle from a Dutch supermarket @ Taste and Waste session 1 (home) - BB: 8/VIII/17 (wow, I just bought this early July) (2017-1245)
Clear blond beer, very big irregular creamy white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty, grains, some corn flakes, bit sweetish, caramel. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, malty, creamy texture, pretty bitter, hoppy, bit of citrus, grains. Aftertaste: little metallic, bitter, bit grassy, malty, sweet touch, some cow fodder.

Pours gold from the bottle with a foamy, white crown. Aroma is lightly floral, but dominated by a malty sweetness. Taste is lightly sweet up front, bitter through the middle and end. Body is medium, with a nicely balanced carbonation. Drinkable.

On tap at restaurant Lungomare, Berlin. Pours clear golden with a small, lasting, white head. The aroma contains bread, hops, yeast and malt. It tastes light malty sweet and light bitter with a dough-like, hoppy, slightly dry aftertaste. Lively carbonation, and not that watery for this style. Tasty, refreshing, a very decent Pilsener.

Flasche Gelb, klar, angemessener Schaum. Klassisches deutsches Industrie-Pils, dafür aber ein besseres, weil nicht zu süßlich.
