6/VIII/16 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) @ home - BB: 26/I/17 (2016-818)

Clear to slightly hazy deep orange beer, small irregular yellowish head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of sweet grains, caramel, some grapefruit, bit of citrus. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter, lots of grapefruit, caramel, some citrus, pineapple. Aftertaste: very bitter, resinous, malty, grapefruit, some tropical fruits, nothing sweet left in the finish! A bit too harsh for my liking.

Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy palate, fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Good Mosaic blueberry - passion fruit. Mild orange peel. Mild hop spice and mellow hop skunk. Finishes airy and dry with more hop spice and citric peel bitterness. A tad dry but nice hoppy goodness.
