Backlog. Slightly hazy dark yellow with white head. Fresh citrus, yeast. Tart and zesty. Some yoghurt as well. Highly refreshing, but a wee bit thin.

(On tap @ MBCC 2017 Yellow Session, Copenhagen) Pours a lightly hazed yellow colour. Notes of tart lemon and mixed citrus zest, wheat, soft vague fruit notes, wet funk, yeast and a bit of grass. Light to medium sour with a similar amount of sweetness, surprising. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. Pretty solid for the very low ABV, quite a decent funky base Berliner too.

[ As De Garde Bu Weisse ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, tart, lemon, zesty, medicine notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, lemon, zesty, citric. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170512] 7-3-8-3-16

Hazy, dull straw. No head. Seems quite tart. Tart, light berryish fruit, but mostly a yoghurty sour. Wheaty. Just a touch of yeast.
