Carling Black Label developed as a brand in 1927 from the Canadian brewery Carling O’Keefe's existing Black & White Lager. It was introduced into the UK in 1952. The brand became hugely successful in the UK via a very popular ad campaign with the slogan "I bet he drinks Carling Black Label". The name changed from Carling Black Label to Carling, with the subtitle Original Lager, in 1997.

I had the resounding choice of Carling, Rekorderlig, or Sam Adams 🤷♂️

Yellow color with lasting head. Typical lager aroma and flavor, thin body, slightly sweet malt, and crisp hoppy finish.

50cl can from Famila, got it cheap 1.50 for 4. Pours super foamy pale yellow (contain colouring). Massive lasting white head but... kinda fake, can't be for this type of beer. Flavor is... nothing. Tasteless, some faint notes of hay and grass, canny. Piss as it warms up... As a light lager maybe ok but really nothing going on. Reminds me of japanese Happoshu.

Puuuh, quite light, very light body. Grassy, faint hops. Thats it, folks. But quite good music around.

Praktiliselt sama "hea" kui coors light... täiesti arusaamatu kuidas saab mingi asi nii vesise maitsega olla... coors light oli selles osas isegi parem...

How: Draught.
Where: Murphy's Irish Pub, Orihuela, Spain.
Appearance: Golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Malt, grain, hops.
Body: Light body, medium carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, hops.
Comments: Server ice cold with barely any taste, gains more flavour as it warms, which isn't good. Without any flavour it goes down easy as a thirst quencher, with flavour it is a bit harder to drink since you can actually taste it.

I have decided to try some of the worst lagers I have experienced again to be able to tick them off on here and get them out of the way. There is clearly something wrong with me. Anyway… 440ml can. Clear golden and overtly gassy. I struggled to get an aroma, so much so that I got too close and some of it went up my nose. It cleared my nostrils out through and I got a faint air of sweet malt and a hint of citrus. Tastes of light malt, a hint of sweetness, and then a light bitterness which surprisingly holds its form considering. Watery but not as bad as Sol. It’s a bad lager but strangely I was expecting worse. Its not too bad ice cold on a summer day.
