A golden malty 'Tripel' with a well-balanced bitterness and fruity aftertaste. Diverse flavours come together in harmony. Fresh dry to slightly sweet with subtle notes of coriander. The scent of yellow fruit and delicate bitterness determine the definition of this original tripel.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café, Stockholm, 2 Feb 2007) Amber colour with huge, but brief, white head. Very spicy nose with a dominant coriander aroma and hints of malt and brown sugar. Spicy taste with distinct coriander notes, hints of Seville orange, curacao and orange peel. Rather malty and dry finish. Very nice and spicy.

Bottled (BBE 2008). Hazy yellow color, small white head. Yeasty, fruity (mango), sugary aroma. Carbonated, grassy hoppy, bitter flavor. Dry and slightly alcoholic, some fruity notes in the finish.

[Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm] Hazy golden. Aroma of nutmeg and cinnamon. Dryish and fairly light bodied with light, spritzy mouthfeel. Teh malt sweetenss grows as it warms, revealing yeasty almond and marmelade flavours. Saison-like in it’s liveliness. Very likable.

Golden amber with a white head. Smell is of sour apple/approcotes, but also a soapy side present. Sour splashes into your mouth but finishes with a zingy malt flavor.

Golden ale with a sweet malt aroma and some seashore salts and algaes. Nice coriander in mouth, with sweet honey and nice alcohol burn. Light and charming this one! May 1,2005 at 2nd KBC Festival, Den Bosch, NL.

Bottle. Hazy, golden colour. Nice, white long-lasting hea. Fruity aromas, with an unpleasant hint of dish-washing soap. Lots of grapefruit-taste. Some alcohol in aftertaste, along with a little banana. Rating: 6-4-7-4-16-3.7. 050923
Bottle. It’s a slightly unclear golden beer, gushing out of the bottle, producing a dense, off-white head. Some small floaties too. The aroma is slightly, only slightly, spiced and sourish, with sugar and tropical fruits. A bit weak. The flavor is very fruity. Citrus and tropical fruits, quite a lot of white sugar and with a decent bitterness. Effervescent and full-bodied. The finish is bitter with white sugar. A quite nice one, but not entirely clean. Drinks well though. 100813

(Bottle 33 cl) Beautiful, dark amber with lots of floating impurities. Small, creamy, off-white head which never collapses completely. Fruity nose with pronounced notes of coriander and yeast. Lightly perfumy flavour (coriander again) with lots of soft malt. Distinct bitter hops in the finish. Quite typical Tripel. 110805

Draught Greenish shine trough golden-amber beer; some off-white head. Coriander, and lots of it in the nose. Some seaweed nose as well. Coriander, again, too much, and a pinch of salt at the end. The rest is SWEET. Sticky MF, light to medium body. Spicey aftertaste. Not that good. They make MUCH better; in fact, I’m sure I had this "Zeezuiper" better - from the bottle.

Orange color. Small quickly disappearing head. Citrussy aroma, bit spicy. Tastes like a mixture between a triple and a wheat. Creamy refreshing palate.
