Advancements to our water treatment and yeast give this one-off Double IPA an incredibly soft, smooth body and rounded flavour profile, making it remarkably easygoing despite its strength. A blend of bold, hand selected hops from America and New Zealand provides an intriguing combination of floral high notes and a juicy fruit backbone.

On tap Frisches at Cloudwater Tap Takeover, Wednesday 12th February 2020 in the company of Kostas and Jonas. Pours warm gold with a white head, sweet but great hoppiness, lots of tropical touches here, but a stinging bitter bite. Very good.

Can at Malý/Velký, thanks DP! Murky amber-orange body, off white head. Smooth sharp, big peachy and citric aroma. Smooth, very smooth lovely tangerine taste, highly balanced, very much drinkable. Excellent hoppiness, and well deserving of the score, even if the can was slightly tired - don't have the heart to lower the score because of that.

440ml can. Hazy, orangey golden colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Fruity and slightly piney, hoppy aroma, notes of gooseberry, some kiwi fruit, pineapple, a touch of rhubarb and white grapes, cautious overtones of woodruff and mint. Taste is minimally tart-ish, fruity hoppy, minimally sweet, wheaty malty, hints of gooseberry, white grapes, kiwi fruit, a touch of grape sugar, pineapple, a touch of woodruff; superbly hidden alcohol. Mushy-watery texture, smooth and super-soft palate. Not the most outstanding hop bomb, but well balanced, highly drinkable, and superbly crafted.
