With our dolphin series, we showcase how sour and tart flavours work with aromatic hops and our favourite Sacch. Trois yeast. Dusky is a session IPA that replaces bitterness with a soft tartness and features different hop combinations with every edition. For the first one we went with a Mosaic & Amarillo hops.

Can. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Moderate sour, hoppy. Taste: Moderate sour and bitter, light sweet. Lactic. Notes of grapefruit, citrus, bittery orange peel. Refreshing. Just under medium body and just under average carbonation. Pretty long lasting citrus sour and bittery finish. Nice balance of sourness and bitterness.
