A fine full bodied, deep golden beer brewed using European malt and the finest USA flavour and aroma hops. A distinct bitterness is perfectly balanced by the late addition hop flavour and maltiness. We dry hop this beer with our secret blend of USA hops to give an explosion of tropical fruits: pineapple, passionfruit, citrus and a hint of mango, all of which go to make this West Coast Style IPA an outstanding & very drinkable beer.

Tap at the brewery. Poured a clear copper colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, mineral, stone fruits and mango. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, crisp, light resin, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Clear dark golden with a thick off white head. Aroma of mango, malt and green weeds. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Taster at the brewery taproom. Slightly cloudy, pale amber colored. AROMA- mango, malt, tropical fruit, peach, honey. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, mango, peach, honey, spicy hops. Medium bodied. Quite good.

Light mango and light pine. Bit of an odd taste here but at least it's trying to be something. Golden pour. Bitter end. Bottle.

0,33 flaske fra Angkor Supermarket, delt med Kitty på hotellrommet i Siem Reap mars-19: klar kobbergylden med fint skum som varer. Etter mange intetsigende industriøl kommer denne som en gledelig overraskelse. Frisk og god aroma og smak med god bitterhed og delikat innslag av mango. Mersmak!
