13 Months ago we released Sakura Twilight, a cherry chocolate imperial stout. Before packaging, we racked 225l into a red wine barrel. During maturation, the beer has gained new dimensions with added flavours of oak, vanilla and wine. BA Sakura twilight is a limited keg release only for events and festivals.

Black with a tan head. Aroma of red berries, chocolate, caramel and light coffee. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Pours black, small white head. SMell is marzepan, cherry ( sweet ) , toothpaste. Taste is sharp, sweet, cherries, marzepan. Bit bitter, very mild chocolate. NO.
