Tap. Pours pitch black with a small dark brown head. Aromas of heavy peppery green coffee, fudge, lots of barrel, vanilla, cocoa nibs. Taste has milk chocolate, cocoa nibs, lots of coffee, fudgey, vanilla, bourbon heat. Nice!

Very dark dark brown. Sweet nose with molasses, dark chocolate, coffee and bourbon. Everything is perfectly balanced but as expected slightly sweet but the barrel really rounds things. Never cloying or too sweet. Superbly put together, bourbon is just right. Lingering

Tap @Himmeriget. Black, thick beige head. Coffee and cocoa aroma, bourbon, wood and vanilla. Thick mouthfeel with good boozy tingle. Sweet bourbon and wood flavour, caramel and toffee, chocolaty finish. Lovely.

Tap@Himmeriget, Copenhagen - Black pour with beige head. Roasted sweet malty with prominent coffee, nice bourbon edge cutting through, cocoa, brown sugar, coffee roast, roasted sweet malty into the finish.

Tap at Hop Buds in Nagoya. Pitch black with a rusty head of foam and an oaky coffee and bourbon smell but it is tough to appreciate over Hop Buds new leather smell. Medium bodied and velvety smooth with a light boozy burn. I get oak, toffee, vanilla, coffee and dark chocolate with the bourbon burn creeping up on you. Lots of heat as you polish off your glass. A sipper for sure.
