deep golden color. Slightly creame, green bean with a touch of wild yeasty character. Just big coffee bean notes with some funky yeastiness.

On tap at Colter Bay. Pours a hazy gold with small white head. The aroma is oak, coffee grounds, citrus, funk. Thin body, light oak funky, roast, dry finish, very nice.

Taster showing deep amber with a finger of quickly dissipating white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of vegetal bell pepper. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Highly tart with a mocha forwardness that immediately returns back to tart notes of unripe peach and nectarine.

Solid solid wild ale with slight coffee bean finish and slight nose, it's weird and I liked it.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is typical de garde funk - lemon, green grapes, tropical fruit notes and under ripe apricot. Light earthy, peppery phenolic notes and hints of coffee. Pours a fairly clear, gold colors with orange hues and a large, thick, frothy white head that recedes quickly to a small film that lingers for a bit longer before disappearing. No lacing or legs. Faint oak notes. Flavor is fairly acidic and sharp with a dry finish and light sweetness. Light grain notes and bitterness. A light alcohol note. Medium light coffee notes with a bit of tannins. Medium light lemon and green grape notes with hints of stone fruit. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Medium low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an odd beer. Its too acidic and the coffee notes are washed out and hidden by the classic de Garde funk. I'm not sure what I was expecting from this beer, but my low expectations were not met.

Bottle @ Niels’ Nye Kolonihave-share thanks to Aaron. Pours orange with a small white head. Notes of classic De Garde funk, weird herbal notes, mugwort-like, oak

750ml bottle pours out crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is funky light coffee notes. Started with very little to no coffee great funk, then as it warmed up coffee made its appearance and finally later as it warms more coffee peppers. Crazy how much it changed.
