Teased from the loam by the kiss of the Sun. Mom's Strawberry Rhubarb delights are the happy memories of childhood. Diploma Master Brewer Dan employed juicy sweet Strawberries to take the barbaric wild tart fermentation of rhubarb. Escaped from the far corners of neighboring yards, local rhubarb was incorporated into the wild sour fermentation to create this drinkable dream. Bright sour and effervescent. Toast chilled cold to Bright skies, fireflies, bare feet and rhubarb pies!

Thanks Jessica.
Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to becher glass.
Appearance: thick dark red color with a two finger eggshell white foamy head which fell off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: straight up strawberry sweet and tartness and rhubarb sweet and tartness
Flavor: it's sweet and tart with those fruits and not much of a finish but seemed slightly strawberry-ish
Texture: medium bodied - maybe a touch under, sessionable, some smoothness but also noticeable tart aggression (but to me, an acceptable aggression)
Overall: another bangin' fruit beer more than worthy of returning to.

Sample Pour. Fruit red color under a fizzy head. Not much of any rhubarb in the nose, but some fine strawberries and cream. A little more tart than my previous cherry Serendipity, But the creamy note continues on the palate. A bit more complex than a meter fruity ale, and likeable for that reason.

FLLW, again again super impressed and still falling in love with new Glarus. Perfect rhubarb and strawberry balance and still love the small form factor.

Bottle courtesy of Virby44. Cheers! Dirty auburn and murky with a creamy head of modest duration. Big strawberry jam aroma. Undertone of freshly baked muffins. Wonderful mix of tartness and sweetness—goes down like a strawberry/rhubarb pie. Finishes with bananas and bubblegum. Medium bodied, moderate to mild carbonation. Dessert like and yet refreshing. Never knew I could like fruit beer this much. Great.

Bottle. Pink brown colour, little head. Aroma is strawberry cheesecake, bit funky, some citrus, sweet. Taste is great. All fruit beers should be like this. Bit sour from rhubarb, good strawberry sweetness. Creamy but still a bit tart. Really nice. Texture like a lambic. Initial sourness then goes into strawberry cheesecake. Best beer of the day by miles.

355ml bottle from a trade. Smooth, sweetish and slightly tart with loads of strawberry juice, some hints of rhubarb, fruits and jelly notes. Like a sweet and juicy strawberry jam. Nicely balanced.

Bottle shared at Andrew's B-day bash. Pours a hazy, pulpy red with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Tons of strawberry jam on the nose with some light skin and seed notes. Smooth and fruity on the palate. Lots of pulpy, jammy strawberry notes with some mild rhubarb tartness in the background. Very drinkable, and not cloying. Some lingering fruit on the finish. Strawberry though and through with a touch of funk on the finish. Perfect example of what a fruit beer should be.
