Aroma is floral bretty notes, with hay, farmhouse, horseblanket and berries, as well as wooden barrels. Medium body, with fizzy carbonation. Flavour is tart lactic wooden notes, farmhouse and floral brett, as well as berries, grassy notes and light tropical notes.
