Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of caramel, yeast, cloves, flowers and ripe fruit. Pours cloudy amber color with thin creamy off-white head, yeast residue and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet toasted and bready, following is herbal, dark fruity, floral and spicy with smooth mouthfeel and pretty bitter finish. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Interesting style mix...

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 18A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch B248813 (BBF 17-DEC-20). AROMA: medium cereal husk aroma with medium-low esters (ripe orange-like) and faint lime hop note. medium-low corn-like aroma (probably from DMS or flakes). APPEARANCE: light gold color and clear. medium-low white head with low retention. TASTE: initial medium-low cereal husk, low background esters (orange-like). slight background hop note. medium to medium-high bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. over-drying sensation leading to astringency, probably from polyphenols. OVERALL: a dry-hopped blonde with low hop presence and execution problems.

RB backlog. Peppery, surprisingly fruity, dough. Not too sweet and a little tart, with some bitterness in the finish. Light-ish body with soft pearly carbonation.

Tap at Ammutsøn. Belgian golden fruit aromatics, medium light mellow dry body, light hayish start, ok fruit, apples, hay, pears, mostly restrained though. Ideal-standard Belgian golden Ale - very safe.

330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Firm, bubbly, snow white head leaving crocheted lacing behind. Misty pale golden body. Grassy nose, hints of sweaty hops and grain. Modest taste of herbal hops, pale malts, and ripe citrus, lightly spiced. Drying fruity ending. Soft in the mouth. Okay, a bit empty though. (Tromsø 06.04.2018).
