473mL can. Pours clearish gold with a white head. Aroma has light salt, sweet malts, and a bit of sweaty, fruity hops. Flavour has some salt up front, quickly dominated by chewy malts and tart fruit skins. Inoffensive and the profile is refreshing, but seems odd for a gose.

473ml can. Pours a hazy yellow-gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Mild aroma of bready wheat malt, coriander, lemon and brine. Sweet flavour of bready wheat malt, coriander, lemon, orange and salt in a dry, tart lacto finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Refreshing and crushable, but not one of their best offerings.

650 ml bottle bought at BC Liquorstore Robson, Vancouver. Pours hazy pale yellow, visible big bubbles and w bright bubbly, short-lasting, white head. Aroma is quite low: coriander, citrus (lemon, lime, grapefruit), lemongrass, oatmeal. Mouthfeel is super-fizzy, light, tart and crisp, somewhat watery. Bitterless finish, low-lingering. So-so.

Poured chilled, it has modest head and heavily carbonated foggy yellow. Aroma is of yeast, some slight vegetable and lots of lemony hay notes. Flavour is tart lemon juice, a bit of crispness as it finishes. Refreshing on the mouth, not too oily. Good for a summer day.

On the very low end of the scale for tartness for a gose. However, it is on the high end for body. Somewhat fruity, cleanly made. A gose for a first timer to the style. Bottle from bc ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle - Light soft wheat and a touch of soap and corriander. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Sweet, salty and some peppery notes. Subtle and not too aggressive.Earlier Rating: 9/8/2013 Total Score: 3.6Bottle - Pale malts, lemon, straw, little farmhouse and some yeast. Cloudy pale yellow with a rich bubbly head. Quick hit of honey, lemon, grassy flavour then it disappears completely with a mild soapy salty finish. A great summer beer I could drink all night.
