Blended Oak-Barrel-Aged Sour Blonde Ale refermented with Georgia peaches. ''Arbre Qui Donne'' loosely translates to "the giving tree". Peach trees on the five generation Pearson family farm near Macon Georgia have been giving for over 130 years. Each year at peach harvest, we select just the right barrels that will blend to create the right depth of acidity and funkiness to meld with the sweet succulent peach.

Bottle from 2016 Boise stone fruit tasting on 8/27, thanks to Steve. Color of apricot juice, hazy, flat. Aroma presents rich apricot notes and hints at the tartness to come. Apricots continue to dominate the flavor, with a bit of pucker as well.

Bottle share, thanks to Steve. Yellow orange pour with a small head. Big peach aroma, ripe and rich fruitiness. A little bit of tart funky bugs in the aroma, but mostly rich with peach. A fruit filled sour taste, a little more funky and sour than fruit like the aroma. Well balanced fruit and sour with a moderate acidity.

The beer is a tannish yellow orange color. Smallish white head, not sort fizzy but the bubbles dissipate pretty quickly. No lacing. The aroma is full of nice stone fruit. More apricot than peach for some reason. Very light funk. Nice enough lacto note. Taste is medium tart. Not nearly as much fruit as the aroma. Kinda oaky and fruit skin-ish. Not bad just not a ton of depth. Medium-light body. Pretty good but not my favorite from O’so.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is acidic with some light light lemon, pineapple and wheat notes. Moderately strong peach notes with some light skin notes. A light musky, dank note. Pours a pale, hazy, golden orange with a medium sized, moderately thick, white head that recedes to a thin film that lingers on the edges for a bit. No lacing or legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a moderate grain note. Light pineapple and citrus notes with some lemon. Moderate peach notes with some light tannins from the skin and oak. Some lingering acidity with light peach character. A touch of a musty note. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with moderate carbonation. It has a light oily character. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer. Peach notes are a bit light and overpowered by a the lemon and pineapple notes. A bit boring, but really pretty good.
