473 ml can. 4.5%. Pours black with full head of big bubbles. Aromas of oily roasted malts. Flavors of roasted malts, barley and some acidic nuts. Pretty much a dry stout but it’s got that acidic thing going on.

Good spicey barley on the nose, has a weak brown body with no foam. Flavour is more spicey barley. Mouthfeel is medium to full. It's nice enough, adequate.

Getting tired of rating all these also ran beers. Drinkable, but not memorable

Black with a medium head. Nice chocolatey nose with mellow roast and a touch of dark sugars. Balanced, again some really nice sugars, touch roasty in the finish, good chocolate complexity, the right body for the style. Got to be the best Callister I’ve had.

Draught at Callister
Black color with small tan head. Lovely aroma of dark bread crust (7.5). The mouthfeel is very dry; most of the character is from heavily roasted malts; I’d prefer if it didn’t have that touch of liquorice though.
Stout with a good character.

On tap at Callister, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of oats, some roast and a little dry cocoa. Flavour is hearty, with dry toasted malt and lots of oats. Not the most dynamic, but it's quite robust for a low ABV stout. Well-constructed, drinkable stout.

Draft - Tons of roast and toast with some toffee. Jet black with a small brown head. Roast and toast with a bit of bitterness and toast in the finish. Aggressive, but tasty for the abv.
