Tap @ t Klooster restaurant, small sample. Clear amber color, short head. Aroma is a bit malty, some caramel, slight pine, bit citrus. Not really hoppy, could be fresher perhaps? Bit bitter in taste, quite malty for an IPA. Bit sulphury even. Wasnt impressed. Rerate: bottle, BB 2016, large sample. Can leave my rating. Its pretty much the same. Mediocre.

4 oz draft pour at ChurchKey. Clear amber with off-white head. Aromas of citrus and light tropical fruit. Tastes of citrus, pine, floral notes. Medium-light body with a dry and bitter finish. Medium carbonation. Body is just a bit thinner than I’d like but this beer was better than I expected.

It pours a reddish gold and brings me a 2 finger head of foam. I poured it slowly so that’s pretty impressive.
I get spicy piney hoppy notes, a bit of lemon citrus. Smells pretty bitter.
Spicy pine, grapefruit, bitter but tempered somewhat by bready flavour from the malt. Finishes decidedly bitter, almost an aspirin like bitterness.
High end of medium bodied, ample carbo. Good slick mouthfeel.
A very nice IPA offering from Anchor. I enjoyed it.

355ml Bottle from De Bierkoning. Clear copper colour, off-white head. Looks perfect. Aroma of candy, bubblegum, amber malts, sweet, pine hops. Flavour is sweet, candy/bubblegum, pine, citrus, pine bitter finish. Mostly just sweet. Light-bodied. Not very IPA-like imho. Didn’t like it.

Hazy amber beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and crispy, semi dry. Sweetish malts, little caramel. Quite a sweet bubblegum ester. Touch of spice. Mildly bitter florlaness. Dry finish. A curious IPA.

Bottle at Cottier’s. Hazy amber body with a medium off-white head that holds well. Excellent lacing. Aroma of caramel, grass and floral hops. Flavour of grapefruit, grass, Pink Lady apples and a lime finish. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. A subtle, flavoursome IPA. Lovely.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by Dutchdrebus and Ansjelaah. Clear autumnal orange red color, average sized off-white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is lightly malts, some hops. Taste malts, some hops, nicely bitter. Medium body and carbonation.

clear amber colour, significant amount of dense off-white head; aroma of citruses, floral hops, piney notes, overripe tropical fruits and quite intensive maltyness and caramel;taste of very well ballanced hoppy bitterness and malty sweetness (in details: slight citruses, overripe fruits, piney notes, honey, biscuit notes and caramel) - excellent IPA without any extremeness
