750 mL bottle poured. Unsure of the vintage here, but it has held up nicely no matter the year. Clean and bright golden pour, active carb, lasting head. Tart front, juicy grapefruit and lemon juicy body, subtle grain gackdrop, lasting sour fruit. Cool linger. Nice, light, flavorful table.

ABC Roxy Benefit: Poured a hazy yellow with little to no head. Aroma was citrus grapefruit with sour grain. Taste is similar with citrus grapefruit, some yeastiness, and malts. Finish is spicy tart.

750mL bottle drunk 6/10/17.
Soft, juju fruit yellow with a light haze and small, off-white head showing moderate-to-low retention.
Well, I don’t know how, but I’m getting more chamomile out of this. Maybe the chamomile is stuck to my palate....Just kidding, but there is a very woody, herbal, somewhat bland character that I suppose must be the grapefruit rind as its aged and reacted. It’s pretty reserved, very "dry" in the nose with leathery, soft brett and low lactic character, thankfully. Very dry, highly-attenuated, crackery, malts behind it all, very biscuity and somewhat bland. Black pepper-like phenols lingering. No real grapefruit, of note, but no flaw or alcohol either.
Initially sweet, with a good dose of honey-like malts that quickly dry out as the beer grows spicy and lightly nutty from the bland zest and heavily cracker-like malts. Not bitter but there is some astringency creating some blandness, in the flavor. As well, there’s a good deal more lactic acidity here than the nose lets on, though it’s not nearly as bad as some of the aged bottles of Holy Mountain I’ve had. Nonetheless, tight carbonation and a "malty" if not very soft texture. Very light with more and more astringency building up as the glass wears on.

750 ml bottle shared by a friend, thanks Tyler! Hazy yellow orange with thin off-white head. Aromas of funk, oak, citrus. Tastes of tart citrus, light funk, tart acidic notes. Light body with a dry finish. Tasty.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a hazy yellow gold with no head. The aroma is grapefruit and stone fruit. Thin mouth, juicy grapefruit, light bitterness, crisp, amazing stuff.

Bottle, thanks for sharing! Pours a cloudy light yellow with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a light grapefruit note with a bit of funk and a light grain backbone. Flavor has a nice slightly sour grapefruit with light funk and a bit of grain backing.

Draft during 1st anniversary party HoMo. Slick golden color, low clarity, like a lot of their beers. Aroma is has grapefruit but it’s not strong. The grapefruit shines most in the aftertaste, dry tart skin. Flavor not thinned out, thank goodness. Lightly funky but full bodied for style.
