Bubbly head. Amber, slight haze, toasty, not that funky, has moderate bitterness.Good barrel character

Draft - A bit perfumy and some herbal notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Touch of booze and some light herbal perfumy notes.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a hazy copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy notes, farmhouse yeast, and light rustic notes. Flavour is dry, with earthy notes, rustic farmhouse yeast and cereal malt. Light sweetness in there. Nicely balanced, with a lightly dry, yeast finish. Very good.

Bottle: Poured copper with white head. Aroma is funky barn yard. Taste is tart light funky fruit.
