Can from Carol, Alaskan Missionary. Tasty Beverage Company slim pint glass @home. Looks like a crisp, clean pils (with ample head). Smells of bitter apple, mint, fir, salt, leafy greens. None of the orange peel. Taste is a mix of pine & Aspirin hop bitterness over bittersharp apples. More hops in this than any hopped cider I've had before. Minty edge leaves a bit of numbness on my tongue. Apples are destroyed. Body is thin, somewhat boozy, low carbonation, very astringent & somewhat difficult. For those that miss that old bitter beer face expression before fruity hops came to town. Drop the abv or the hop totals to improve this. Okay.

Draft: Poured clear and no head. Aroma is nice hops. Very nice Apple with nice hops bite.
