Can via the brewery. It pours lightly hazy yellowy gold with a fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh and fragrant, west coast greens, weed, resin, pine needles, apricot, mango, persimmon, orange sherbet and refreshers. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, sticky, resinous, decent bitterness, clean and airy malts, pine needles, bitter orange peel, tangerine, grapefruit, apricot, persimmon and west coast green weedy character with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Clean and moreish. Drinks so god damn easily.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated May 25, 2020. Aroma is hop forward and fruity with lots of passion fruit, mango and tropical citrus notes. Lighter dank, resin notes as well. light cracker malt notes and a hint of alcohol. Pours a fairly clear, yellow gold with a medium large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes steadily to the edges where it lingers. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. moderate bitterness and light alcohol spice. Fairly hop forward and fruity with lots of tropical citrus, mango and passion fruit. Lighter dank, resin notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer. I'm not a huge simcoe fan, but the mosaic mellows it nicely and rounds out the assertiveness that simcoe sometimes brings.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a clear golden color with a white head. The aorma has a little caramel, orange and spicy. The flavor is clean and a little toasted with spice and orange. Medium bitterness. Clean on the palate with some light toasted/caramel malt. Overall, good, but not the kind of IPA I’ve come to expect from these guys. Somewhat generic.
