This brew is a dark brown color with a medium thick khaki head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of roast malt, chocolate and coffee. Medium body with flavors of roasted malt, chocolate and earthy coffee. The finish is roasty with a coffee and malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Black with a thin tan head. Earthy coffee, cocoa, light lactose. Thin bodied. Rather dry finish. The coffee is the biggest player here and it gives it a very dry earthy tone. Decent.

Draft at PreFunk. Normal looking pour. Nothing exciting. Gentle coffee and roast grains aroma. Taste brings the milk sweetness, chocolate and coffee. Mocha for sure, very subdued, creamy

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 1/1/2018. Pours nearly opaque dark brown/black color with a 1 finger dense dark khaki head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of nutty medium roasted coffee, milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, cream, and toasted brown bread; with light notes of molasses, dark fruit, smoke, herbal, and roast/toasted earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of dark/roast/bready malt, coffee, cocoa, vanilla, lactose, and light earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of big nutty medium roasted coffee, milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, cream, and toasted brown bread; with light notes of molasses, dark fruit, smoke, herbal, and roast/toasted earthiness. Light herbal hop and roasted coffee bitterness on the the finish. Lingering notes of nutty coffee, milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, cream, toasted brown bread, light smoke/molasses, and roast/toasted earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malt, coffee, cocoa, vanilla, lactose, and light earthy hop flavors; with a nice roasted bitter/sweet balance, with zero cloying flavors after the finish. Slight dryness from hop/roasted bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly silky/sticky/chalky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 7%. Overall this is a delicious coffee milk stout. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malt, coffee, cocoa, vanilla, lactose, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the very mildly bitter finish. Really spot on balance between coffee, vanilla, cocoa, lactose, and dark/roasty malts. A pleasingly sweet finish, and just enough hops for balance. Really nice fruity/nutty coffee complexity from the Guatemalan beans. A very enjoyable offering.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours brown with a dark tan head. Aromas of lactose, chocolate, coffee, a bit of dark treacle. Maybe even marshmallow! :) Med body or better. Flavor is coffee, chocolate, lactose, smooth dark malt. It’s drier than expected, and the coffee provides bitterness. Can’t parse out any hop. Pretty good drink.
