Bottle: Poured caramel yellow with bubbles. Aroma is funky. Nice sour fruit and tart funk.

750ML Bottle enjoyed at fridge temp. A calm pop of the cap and poured without any head at all. Dark orange with red hues, looks fully still. Pinot Grape musk aroma with acid, some vinegar and apples This one is certainly sour. Acidic vinegar taste, apple, pear and peaches with nectarine for good measure. finishes oily and thin with a light bit of butter. There is some carb here but it’s not easy to make work for you.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy orange with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong lacto, oak, citrus. Medium mouthfeel with nice sour citrus, oak, grape skin, very good.

Bailey’s 7th Anniversary. Dull, tan, very tart, bit dusty yeast character, light orchard fruit tartness. Touch of wood.

Rund säuerlicher Antrunk, deutliche Holznoten. Fruchtiger Mittelteil, die Säuerlichkeit wird milder. Vollmundig, hell würzig, etwas malzig. Gut! 11/12/12/12/11/12
