Bottle thanks ygtbsm94: poured a murky orange peach color with a huge carbonated foam off white head. Light aroma of fruit. Taste is an acidic burn of light peach and sour funk. Finish is dry.

Bottle shared at the Manny G, big thanks to Paul, 28/06/14. Murky orange amber with a big old frothy off white head. Nose is bretty, peaches, apricot, piss stained, grain, light bread dough. Taste comprises tangy apricot, peach, spice, tangy citric peel, lemon rind, bready notes, earthy, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok sour - not the most complex but an easy drinker.

Bottle shared at Manny G’s - thanks to Paul. Mild gusher! Pours hazy gold with a large, creamy, off-white head. The nose has some peach, tangerine meringue, subtle funk. Light sweet flavor with mild tangy lemon, more peach, some white bread. Light bodied with very lively carbonation. Lightly sweet to finish with further dry peach, soft brett funk, mild grassy bitterness, lemony tang. Pretty refreshing and drinkable, if a bit over-carbonated.

22oz bomber pours up with a deep glowing gold body that supports a light tan head. The aroma offers up spicy yeast and then apples, pear and peach estery notes. The taste is very spicy with yeasty sort of spices and spice additions and a light fruity tartness. It then gets into honey and sugar malt sweetness. Midway and into the finish some sweet fruity esters join in to add more layers to the sweetness. A bit too far on the sweet side.

Sample at the Beers from the Bikes Villes tasting on 11/08/2013. The beer is a hazy pale yellow-gold color with a thin foamy white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Yeast and funky fruit in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of earthy yeast, bready malt and ripe peaches. The finish is fruity with a peach and funky yeast aftertaste. Decent semi-sour Saison overall.

Tap at Westbrook. It pours cloudy golden orange with a medium off-white head. The nose is earthy, funk, barnyard, damp wood, dough, toast and light stone fruit. The taste is earthy, brett, hay, barnyard, funk, light toast, grass, mild sourness, stone fruit and good bitter bite with a dry, earthy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not a whole lot of peach going on, however it is rather smooth and very drinkable. The more I drank of it the more I got into it. Nice.
