Sample at the brewpub. Slightly hazy copper-amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of piney hop, fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of piney hops, citrus and roast malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

12 Fl Oz bottle, drank at home on 5th June 2019. Amber bodied, off-white bubbles on top. Hop centric as the name suggests; piney and citrusy in both the aroma and taste, the malts calm it all down nicely. Really enjoyed this Californian beauty!

Hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth malts, mildly sweet, little cream. Bitter hops, bitter pine and bitter marmalade. Touch of sweeter fruits underneath, pretty well buried. Modest tropical fruits. Finishes smooth but with more bitterness. Yeah - it's a bitter bastard.

$8.50 22oz bomber pours with a slightly hazy copper body that supports a weak off white head. The mild aroma offers up tangerine, lime and some herbal like hop notes. The taste starts with a malty sweet citrus hoppiness that tries to be juicy but stays malty with modest levels of tangerine, grapefruit and clementine. To midway the citrus hops build in bitterness and attain a wafer thin resiny hop bite. It gets maltier into the finish as the bitterness grows to pleasing levels. The more of this 22 I drink the more I like it.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours golden amber with a slight beige head. Aroma suggests mosaic. Lots of mixed fruits. Melon? Citrus? Med body. Wow are there lots of odd fruits. Most melon I can recall. Citrus. Pineapple. Maybe guava. I’m sure there is more. There’ also a nice roasty malt backing to support all this stuff. Very light hop burn. Finishes with lots of green melon. Amazing stuff.
