650ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orangey dark golden to amber colour with average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting and lacing, white head. Slightly perfumed, floral hoppy aroma, some old citrus, hints of lemon tea, underlying rye spiciness. Taste is slightly perfumed and minimally soapy, citrusy hoppy, hints of old lemon zest. Probably not the freshest specimen.

Tap @ Kick. Unclear orange body with a dense, lacing off-white head. Aroma has citric fruit and caramel malt. Flavor is sweet malt, biscuit, medium fruity, apricot and fair bitterness. A nice sweet and bitter pale ale with a good balance and decent bitterness. Fine body and nice aftertaste.

This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a clear copper color that started off with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute. There was barely any lacing.
The smell had a nice blend of Rye malt to sweet citrus and allowing a nice honey aroma all around.
The taste was mainly sweet but allowed a decent spice from the Rye and still had the honey to come in and blends very well.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was somewhat sharp but not overbearing at any cost.
Overall, this was a pretty good Rye pale ale that had some nice honey to complement.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours orange tinged gold with a white smear for head. Light citrus aroma. Near medium body. Definitely rye in the flavor and there’s a fair amount of citric bitter. The combination is pretty tasty.
