Bottle: Poured a golden to hazy yellow with huge white head. My wife was pissed off by the skunk smell that filled the bedroom when I cracked this, very pungent mold as well. Taste is spice, sour corn and grain. The finish is very bitter. I’m hoping that this is bad because the style didn’t hold up over time.

bottle at Ft Wayne tasting - Pours a hazy straw color, smells yeasty and grassy. It tastes of light, sweet, pils malt with a bubbly body and a yeasty, dry character that reminds me of saisons. Okay.

A blonde pils with a thin white head. In aroma, a light grainy mlat with light sake notes. In mouth, a smooth pils with chalky notes, crisp malt, a bit simple but nice. On tap at Humpy’s, Oct. 9 2011.

(tap) I had it when it was just released at the brewery, so the name may change a bit when they bottle it. Crystal clear pale yellow colour with small white head; aroma: floral, perfumed/flowers, rice; flavour starts gently floral and progresses into long, medium bitter finish
